Jubilee
The LORD your God in your midst,
The Mighty One, will save;
He will rejoice over you with gladness,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing.
Zephaniah 3:17
Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.
Matthew 11:28-30
Hello all!
Another beautiful day in Nova Scotia.
The garden is growing
The flowers are bright and colourful
The new job is awesome
Strawberry jam is made
And I just spent 6 days in BEAUTIFUL Freeport, Grand Bahama Island!
What a mighty and powerful presence of the Lord at the Caribbean Christian Dance Network Conference.
We showed up expecting
And HE showed up in a might and wonderful way.
We danced,
We ministered,
We loved on one another
And most importantly we waited in the Presence of the Father to hear what He has to say to His
called, chosen prophets through the dance.
The colours were glorious
The atmosphere was charged
Prayer on the beach in the morning was glorious
And God spoke to us
As a group
And individually
In times of excitement and jubilee
And in times of quiet and stillness.
Lives were touched
New connections were made
Encouragement was set forth
Intercession occurred
God was glorified.
Can’t wait until next year!!!!!
Can’t wait until next year!!!!!
In today’s devotion we are told that the Lord will rejoice over us – the word that is used is an active word (a verb) meaning a violent, sudden spinning in rejoicing! Therefore the Lord will DANCE over you with singing.
What a picture of the love and joy of our God for us.
What a picture of the love and joy of our God for us.
The LORD your God in your midst,
The Mighty One, will save;
He will rejoice over you with gladness,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing.
Zephaniah 3:17
In Matthew we read that Jesus offers us rest, an easy yoke and a light burden.
The many facets of our God! All wonderful!
What is it you need today?
Do you need some rejoicing?
Do you find yourself in need of some rest?
Take it to the Father and He will provide for all of your needs.
For the precious blood of Jesus had been shed for each one of us
Now we have to accept it and surrender ourselves to Jesus,
To ask Him into our lives as Lord and Saviour.
Don’t wait any longer! Today is the day of salvation!
That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
