Great is Thy Faithfulness
Through the LORD’s mercies we are not consumed,
Because His compassions fail not.
They are new every morning;
Great is Your faithfulness.
Lamentations 3:22-23
Happy Wednesday!
Half way through the week.
How is it going, anyway?
Wednesday is that odd day in the middle
The “Yes I made it this far”
“Yes, it is almost Friday”
“Oh no, half my week is gone already”
Kinda can’t win on Wednesday.
No matter where you find yourself today
Know,
Beyond a shadow of a doubt
That the Lord is merciful
And Faithful.
Each morning is a clean slate
Ready for a mark to be made
And each evening
Is a giant eraser
Offering a “do over”.
Great is your faithfulness oh Lord!
For that
I am grateful.
